Four distinct events support a common cause and remember Emmie Brooks with a whole month of

 fundraising,

awareness and

advocacy

encourage even more people to get involved!!!

A cascade of support!

In November, Elevate shared the very firstElevate kid”, Emmie Brooks! It has been a great honor to come alongside Emmie’s mom, Tracy Brooks, in the creation of this awareness, advocacy and fundraising site in memory of Emmie. We hope you will take the time to visit the EmPower page at Elevate kids and learn more about Emmie’s fierce and feisty personality!

Elevate wants to thank the entire EmPower community for your efforts!

You came together throughout the month of September, individually and collaboratively, to use your resources and gifts to raise awareness for childhood cancer and money for Elevate—all of this effort was done to remember and honor Emmie and her family!

Teddy Bears and Cancer Research

Elevate loves collaborations and creative fundraising that benefit many organizations! Tiffany Rice, a consultant for Paper Pie, held a drive that supported Riley Hospital for Children, The Scott Carter Foundation and Elevate Childhood Cancer Research and Advocacy. A portion of the sale of the Cuddle Bear Book and Bear set was donated to The Scott Carter Foundation, the items were donated to Riley Hospital for Children, and Tiffany donated her commission to Elevate

 Elevate loves this collaboration!

   The Em’Power‘ of T-shirts

Thank you Lindsey Foreman for hosting this t-shirt sale!

These shirts helped promote awareness about childhood cancer, and they even made the local newspaper! They also provided Elevate with the money needed to begin work reimagining the way we treat children with cancer

DUAL INSTRUCTOR SPIN!

Tracy’s gym, Training by Tracy, hosted two spin classes to bring awareness and raise money for childhood cancer! This fun and sweaty event raised money, awareness and camaraderie!

Training by Tracy instructors made everyone feel welcome, even those newbies to the world of spin proving it’s not daunting to demonstrate support for this worthy cause!

EmPower’s Kitchen Warriors:

Cooking with the Kirks!

Danielle and Andrew Kirk supported Elevate by advocating for those with childhood cancer throughout the month of September! Using their business, the Kirk’s shared important facts about childhood cancer and raised critical funds! They went above and beyond by matching contributions made during the fundraising campaign! Interested in some last minute gifts?

Check out their site here. Thank you to everyone involved!

Elevate is thrilled to share that these initiatives throughout September then motivated a whole host of giving to the EmPower Elevate kids platform.

One EmPower supporter chose to collect donations through their workplace totaling $300!

If you would like to contribute to fundraising or awareness efforts through the EmPower Elevate kids platform, we are happy to help you set up your very own fundraiser! Maybe you’d like to host a birthday fundraiser this year in honor of Emmie, or a product party or an event…we are to help
