When owner, Bill Carley of  Bilco Bats first approached us with a desire to make a difference for childhood cancer, it was a humble desire to use remnant billets from their handcrafted custom bats made in Weaverville, NC.  A few brainstorming sessions later and a beautiful partnership was formed. Elevate Childhood Cancer Research and Advocacy, Inc believes each person and organization has the capacity to use their unique talents and gifts to provide hope to those diagnosed with childhood cancers. This small business involved active participation from both family and friends, continuing to show how collaborative environments work to make a difference, another attribute Elevate values within all those we make connections with.

   These meticulously crafted ornaments are made in several styles to ‘honor‘ and preserve the ‘memory‘ of those diagnosed with childhood cancers of all types.

   Here’s how it works:

   Each time you purchase an ornament from Bilco Bats, you can choose to keep the ornament for yourself OR have it sent to an organization providing support for childhood cancer families. If you choose to have the ornament donated, it will be sent to either a family treatment, a family traversing the challenges of survivorship or a bereaved family will know someone cares about them. Either way, 100% of the money from the sale will be donated to Elevate to propel our mission.
