Melinda the namesake of Melinda Knutson Photography is an advocate childhood cancer families have been waiting for.

She is using her immense talent and passion for photography alongside all the beauty this world holds to support those that are in the literal fight of their lives. Elevate Childhood Cancer Research and Advocacy, Inc is a thankful benefactor in her heartfelt mission to make sure that funds are raised to find more effective, less toxic treatments for our young people so they may be funded and found!

While she has personal connections to the cancer world, it is not because of a young child or adolescent that changed her world forever, but when her adult son was diagnosed with leukemia.

Melinda was “baffled by the ‘treatments’ that were so toxic you cannot touch them, yet cancer patients take them orally and intravenously.

She went on to share that the long term side effects of treatments are, “mind boggling’. In a heartfelt moment she admitted, “I was horrified. When you’re a mother, you know that age doesn’t change how you feel about them, they will always be your babies. I made the choice to join those going gold for September to raise funds for more childhood cancer research.”

“I knew I had to help in some way.”

And she did!!!

Thank you Melinda for using your talents to support the efforts of Elevate Childhood Cancer Research and Advocacy, Inc.

The money you donated to Elevate from…‘Milestone Sessions’….AND….Private bookings….AND…Fine Art Print Gallery is going to make a difference for those diagnosed with childhood cancer.

We are so grateful to have partners like you!

Your continued support for children diagnosed with cancer is appreciated!

Melissa Knutson Photography

Hello!

I’m Melinda Knutson, wife, mama, grandma and I believe that family is everything and that motherhood is the most emotional journey of our lives, all consuming and powerful. As time passes, our stories of motherhood change and they change so quickly, for with each blink our eyes, they grow. Your story is your  “real”, the way you look at each other, their tiny hand in yours, the way you love. Capturing true, authentic love is my mission and I’d love to capture your story.

Want to use your talents or passions to help fundraise? Send us a message, we would love to have your help!
